What about loans for foreclosures? I don't want to go bk, either, but I'm falling behind on my mortgage payments, and would really like to discover SOMETHING to do about it. I've been reading about hard money, soft money, in-between money. I just need some good ol' money money. Send all available thoughts. Or money, if you're so inclined.

Don't forget stupidity while you're at it. I think there are good and bad things about private lending, and I hear about some stupid loans people take, with ungodly payback strictures. I just don't think it's something I want to go for. Then again, it may happen that something will come along to change my mind. Have to be good, tho.

You never know. People find themselves in some situations they look back on with amazement. Anyway, private lenders can be a lifesaver, especially when banks won't touch you. The private guys do 'distress loans', basically. They don't ask as many questions as banks, and they don't look as closely at your 'odd' circumstances. Check them out, the good ones I mean.

Can a private lender help someone without any property as collateral? What about using my home as collateral if it's being foreclosed upon?

I'm not sure a lender would use a home as collateral if it was about to be foreclosed upon. Then again, there are probably some direct private guys out there who would. It seems that if you look hard enough, you can find anything -- if you know where to look.

There are private lenders who will accept just about anything. So do your homework, ask questions, talk to your lawyer. You'll find someone. Hope it's in time.

Hey, Money, how's it goin?

You're right, too. So listen up, everybody. Private lenders will help you with practically anything. You'd have to be a proven terrorist to be turned down. Even then, I'm not so sure that would deter some lenders out there.

But, hey, talk to some of them, see what they say. You might not want to walk in wearing a beard, a turban, and a dynamite belt, though.

My man! Hey, it's going well. Haven't stopped by for a while. Been doing other stuff. Looks good here, though. Nice answer about the private guys. They'll usually get the job done.

Funny bit about the turban and the belt. Too bad it's getting to the point where it's actually too close to the truth.

All the more reason to talk about it, Money. People bring about their own problems many times. In this instance, it's worldwide. Just look around. I have no problem saying things that I believe to be true. Nor should anyone else.

Sick and tired of pussyfooting around these 'devout Moslems' while they kill and murder the world over. And while, by the way, the silent majority gives tacit approval by refusing to condemn wholesale slaughter and murder in the name of 'god.' Enough is enough.

Sadly, it's the attitude of the world community, or lack of it, rather, that allows such disease to spread. The West is hesitant for fear of 'offending' the rabid. The Muslims see this as weakness and are empowered to kill more. If their violence is not met with the same, there will be no end.
